A verified mechanic comes to the truck. The price is locked first.
For drivers, owner-operators and the people who run fleets. Rollagain sends an independent, verified mobile mechanic to where the truck sits: a truck stop, a yard, an exit, a lot. One price before any work, a card held and not charged until you are rolling, and everything on the record.
The rules, from your side
- One locked price before any work. The mechanic sends one price; you approve it or decline it. Nothing is added without a new approval from you. No after-hours surcharge, no mileage surprise.
- The card is held, not charged. When you approve, your card is held for that amount. It is charged when you confirm the truck is rolling, or 24 hours after the mechanic marks the job done if you say nothing.
- Photos and GPS on the record. Before and after photos, GPS points and times go on one receipt, to you and to your dispatcher.
- A dispute is decided on the record. Tap “Something is wrong” on the job page before you confirm: the payment is held, not reversed, and Rollagain decides on the photos, the GPS and the times within 48 hours.
How to get a mechanic
Text or call (866) 631-9696. Say what is wrong and where the truck is; you get a link to your request by text, and that page is your job: the locked price to approve, the mechanic on the way, the photos, the receipt. No account needed.
Or from an account: create a driver account, save your trucks, and request from your phone. The job page shows the mechanic coming, the photos and the receipt.

On the mainline or the shoulder of a toll road or a highway, nobody can work on the truck. Call the road's own service, the number on the roadside signs: they bring you to a safe place, and the mechanic meets you there.
What it costs
Nothing until you approve a locked price. The mechanic's price is the price: flat labor for the common roadside jobs, parts as a separate line you see before you approve. No after-hours surcharge, no mileage surprise. Rollagain's fee is paid by the mechanic and is never added to your price.
Booking for later
Not a breakdown? Choose “Book for later” when you request: a two-hour window, at least two hours from now and up to six days ahead, at the yard or wherever the truck is. Same locked price, same rules. Cancel free until two hours before.
Fleets
A company account for the fleet, with the same rules on every job.
- Drivers join the company with a code. The manager sees every job and can request a mechanic for any driver.
- Monthly invoicing on request, instead of a card per job: one invoice a month with every job on it.
- The maintenance file: every job grouped per truck, with the photos, the parts and the odometer, printed from the phone.
- The spend report: what the fleet spent, per truck and per month, on screen or as a CSV for your books.
- Purchase order numbers on jobs and invoices, and the option to require one before a price is approved.
